FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most wheelsets are assembled to your spec by our factory partner. Allow approximately 4–6 weeks from payment to shipment, plus transit. If we have your model in stock at either location we’ll tell you when you order and ship within a few days.
Yes. Every rear wheel is available with a SRAM XDR (road/gravel), SRAM XD (mountain) or Shimano HG freehub body — pick it at checkout or tell us in your message. Other standards (Micro Spline, Campagnolo N3W) are available on request.
Every wheelset bought from us or an authorized MCW vendor is covered by our rim warranty and refurbish program. If a wheel fails you choose: an immediate swap for a complete wheel from demo stock ($260, full warranty), a full refurbish of your own wheel with a new rim and bearings ($260, full warranty), or a free rim-only replacement with no warranty. Details on the Warranty & Replacement page — email us with photos and your serial number to start a claim.
We do. Teams and clubs get dedicated storefronts with group pricing and consolidated shipping. See Team Deals or write to us with your team name and rough numbers.
Most of our wheels are built to your spec, so please email us before ordering if you’re unsure about depth, width, freehub or tire fit — we’d rather get it right up front. If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
